Since our first real estate development projects in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside—including the revitalization of Jubilee Rooms and Dodson Hotel—we’ve delivered micro-suites, mixed-income housing, and community-based housing solutions across Canada. From local roots to nationwide housing development, Anhart partners with communities coast to coast to coast. Our non-profit real estate development model combines business discipline with community values to deliver sustainable, inclusive affordable housing projects that last.
